This intensive one-day programme addresses health and safety leadership for senior managers and directors. Participants examine the leader's role in safety, what major accident investigations reveal about leadership failure, the visible behaviours that shape culture, governance and board-level accountability, and the decisions that determine whether a safety management system works or merely exists.
