Overview

Course Description

The Asset Reliability Practitioner: Advocate (ARP-A) course gives participants the "big picture" of how condition-based maintenance fits into a reliability and performance improvement initiative. Improving the reliability of physical assets takes far more than monitoring condition, improving lubrication, and refining the maintenance department.

The ARP-A "Reliability Advocate" program shows how to add value to the organization and gain senior management support. It emphasises breaking down silos and coordinating maintenance, operations/production, engineering, finance, and the reliability group. Accredited certification is provided through the certifying body (ISO/IEC 17024), mirroring the rigour of the SMRP CMRP scheme.
