Course Description

Following Vision 2030's launch, Saudi Arabia launched the Vision Realization Programs (VRPs) to translate Vision 2030 into action. To implement the strategy, concerned organizations were required to align their activities through approved delivery plans tied to 5-year milestones. Portfolio management aims at providing senior management with a collection of coordinated strategic processes that enable a more effective balance of strategic initiatives and business as usual. At the same time, project management aims at managing those strategic initiatives and operational projects by providing the services and products that will support the realization of the strategic objectives.
