When centralised generation and transmission become targets, resilience moves to the object level. Modular boiler houses, cogeneration units, generators and storage are no longer efficiency measures — they are the difference between a functioning hospital or pumping station and a dark one.

This programme addresses distributed generation and backup power for critical infrastructure objects.
