Course Description
The Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) — sometimes referred to as reliability leadership / RELM — is a globally recognised framework that advances reliability as a leadership discipline, not just a maintenance function. Administered by the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP) and based on the Uptime Elements Body of Knowledge, it focuses on culture, asset performance, and proactive risk reduction to drive sustained operational results.
This preparation course covers the five knowledge domains of the CRL framework: Reliability Engineering for Maintenance (REM), Asset Condition Management (ACM), Work Execution Management (WEM), Leadership for Reliability (LER), and Asset Management (AM). It provides a practical, cross-functional framework connecting maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership.
