Course Description
Winter preparedness in a country under attack is not a seasonal checklist. It is the discipline of ensuring that when a source is destroyed in January, the crews, materials, power and decisions are already in place — because the time between a strike and frozen pipes in apartment buildings is measured in hours, not days.
This programme addresses preparedness and emergency repair across heat, water and power supply. Participants learn preparedness planning and readiness assessment, emergency stock and material reserves, crew organisation and mobilisation, repair logistics under threat, decision-making and prioritisation during emergencies, coordination between utilities and authorities, and the resilience planning through which backup power and autonomy are secured.
